CHICAGO — A 19-year-old woman was shot in Rogers Park early Wednesday.

Around 1:40 a.m., the woman was with a man sitting in a car parked in an alley in the 1600 block of West Lunt Avenue when a man in another car pulled up and fired into their car, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The woman was shot in her arms and side and taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where her condition was stabilized, Sedevic said.

No one is in custody for the shooting.
