PORTAGE PARK — The Easter Bunny better be on his toes Saturday at Portage Park.
The annual Portage Park Dog Park Easter Egg Hunt will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday at Portage Park, 4100 N. Long Ave., in the dog-friendly area.
The cost to register for the canine-only egg hunt is $5, and pictures of your pooch with the Easter Bunny will cost $5, organizers said.
The event is sponsored by Portage Park Animal Hospital and Friends of Portage Park.
Volunteers are needed to clean up the dog-friendly area starting at 9 a.m. Saturday before the event, organizers said.
