WICKER PARK — A new Wicker Park meatball eatery will be giving away free slider sandwiches as part of its opening week festivities.
The first 200 people who stop by Mondo Meatball, 1467 N. Milwaukee, between noon and 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, will each get one free slider sandwich, said the shop's owner, Dean Casagrande.
The sliders are typically 3 for $9 on the Mondo Meatball menu.

Mrs. C's Classic Beef with Red Sauce, Spicy Pork with Korean BBQ Sauce, Chick'n Bacon with Thai Peanut Sauce, Veggie with Tzaziki and Turkey with Pesto.
