CHICAGO — A man was injured after he was shot late Wednesday in Edgewater, police said.
Around 11 p.m., a 25-year-old man was standing in the 5700 block of North Kenmore Avenue when someone walked up and fired multiple shots, said Officer Michael Sullivan, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The man was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center where his condition stabilized, Sullivan said.
No one is in custody, and police are investigating.
