CHATHAM — Enjoy signature dishes from more than 20 Chatham restaurants while networking with business owners and elected officials on March 19.

The Chatham Business Association, Small Business Development, Inc. is hosting its annual Spring Mix ‘N Mingle at the PNC Bank, 1 North Franklin on the 27th floor, from 6-9 p.m. The mixer is free to CBA members, but non-members can purchase early bird tickets for $25. After March 6, prices increase to $50. Executive director Melinda Kelly said that the whatever people pay for their ticket will go toward their membership.

"It's through the membership that we can help you with your business development and so we want our members to take advantag of resources such as our micro lending day," she said.

There will be plenty of food, along with music and lots of networking.

Kelly said that the annual event usually sees about 150 people and it’s a good mix of local aldermen, state representatives, public policy holders and business owners.

More than 20 restaurants will be present, she said, calling it the “Taste of Chatham.”

“We are marketing and promoting the treasurers we have,” Kelly said, who added that this event is good for those who want to learn more about what the Chatham business community has to offer. For business owners, this is a great opportunity for them to meet elected officials.

RSVP before March 15. For questions, contact CBA at 773-994-5006.
