CHICAGO — One woman was injured and two men are in custody after a shooting on the Bishop Ford Freeway Wednesday night, Illinois State police said.
The shooting occurred at 11 p.m. in the inbound lanes of the expressway between 111th and Stony Island Avenue, said Arc Wozniak, an Illinois State Police spokesman.
A woman was taken to an area hospital with minor cuts from broken glass, Wozniak said.
Two men are in custody and charges are pending, Wozniak said.
