Around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, the victim, a 46-year-old man, was robbed on a CTA bus traveling in the 4700 block of West Irving Park Road, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago police spokesman.

Armed with a handgun, the robber stole the victim's cellphone and wallet before getting off the bus and running away, Estrada said.
