THE LOOP — The new Virgin Hotel is ready to get busy in Chicago.
Sir Richard Branson's 250-room hotel, the first Virgin Hotel in the world, will open Thursday at 203 N. Wabash Ave. after several delays. Branson launched the hotel business in 2010, and went under contract to convert the Art Deco Old Dearborn Bank Building on Wabash a year later.
