JEFFERSON PARK — Smokey's BBQ — which earned rave reviews for its slow-smoked turkey — is up for sale, the owners said.

The restaurant at 5481 N. Northwest Hwy. is being sold because its owners are dissolving their partnership, broker Alex Stoyanov said.

"This is a very healthy business," Stoyanov said, adding that it is a "turnkey investment opportunity."

The owners are asking $950,000 for the building, which includes the 3,100-square-foot restaurant and two upstairs apartments. The restaurant is within walking distance of the Gladstone Park Metra Station.

The menu also features ribs, brisket, pulled pork and smoked salmon, with sides including cheesy potatoes and cheesecake for dessert.
