WEST LOOP — Season tickets to Chef Grant Achatz's Next Restaurant are now on sale.

Tickets to the 2015 season at the West Loop fine dining restaurant, known for it's revolving themes, were made available online Friday. The restaurant released the remainder of season tickets to the public after previous season ticket holders had the chance to renew their subscriptions.

With the opening of season ticket sales, the restaurant also reveals the three menus featured in 2015: Bistro, Jan. 9-May 10; Tapas, May 16-Sept. 6; and Terroir, Sept. 12-Dec. 31.

When buying tickets, season ticket holders must buy two ticket for each of  three menus being offered and agree to specific dates. The meals include.

Bistro: "Four years after opening with our Paris 1906 menu we embrace the more casual side of Parisian dining culture. With the great flood of 1910 behind them, Parisians embraced the Bistro." Priced at $80-$120 per person.

Tapas: "A simple and raucous flow of a few dozen bites descends on your table satisfying the savory, salty, bitter and sweet. Weather permitting we will utilize the sidewalk space to start your experience." Priced at $70 to $110 per person. Standard wine pairing $75 per person, with other beverage options available.

Terroir: "This wine focused menu pairs wines from the Northern Hemisphere's greatest viticultural traditions with classic dishes from the same terroirs. Approximately 15 courses complementing 10+ vintage wines and a few surprises." Priced at $295-$355 per person, includes all wine and food.

The restaurant sells tickets in advance instead of offering reservations. A 20 percent service charge is also added at the time of purchase.

All ticket sales are final, according to the website. However, like sports or theater tickets, the tickets can be resold.

The restaurant ticketing system used at Next, Alinea and the Aviary, developed by Achatz and his partner, Nick Kokonas, will rollout nationally next year under a new company called Tock.

While Next Restaurant has not landed a Michelin star rating, Achatz's other Chicago restaurant, Alinea in Lincoln Park, has earned the prestigious three-star rating.

The current menu at Next, called Trio, runs through Dec. 31.

The restaurant, at 953 W. Fulton St., opened in April 2011 with Paris: 1906, it's first menu.
