CHICAGO — The FBI said a man robbed a bank in the Loop Friday morning.
The suspect robbed the Fifth Third Bank at 57 E. Randolph St. about 9:40 a.m., authorities said.
After entering the bank, he approached a teller and demanded money, police said. The teller complied, and the man left with an undisclosed amount of money, and fled west on Randolph.
He is described as a black man, about 6-feet tall, between 40 and 50 years old. He wore a brown winter coat and had a shoulder bag; he is described as stocky. Witnesses said he had a "light" mustache, police said.
No one is in custody, and no injuries were reported.
