LINCOLN SQUARE — There's been a Lincoln Square-sized hole in the expansion plans of the city's trendy doughnut-makers.

Filling that gap, at least for a day, is Elizabeth chef Iliana Regan, who has announced a sequel to October's doughnut and dumpling pop-up "social," set for Dec. 14.

If the success of Elizabeth's first social offers any indication — it attracted a line that stretched down the block, including folks who continued to wait even after "toast" was all that was left on the menu — fans of fried pastries would be well advised to start camping out now.

For her second pop-up, Regan has extended the hours and presumably plans to make good on an earlier promise posted on Facebook: "If we decide to do it again, we will 1. Make more doughnuts! 2. Make more doughnuts, and last but not least 3. Make more pierogi!"

Regan already has shared the items she's planning for Dec. 14: Doughnuts will come in two flavors, whiskey glaze and 70 percent chocolate glaze, and there's a pair of pierogi (ie, dumpling) options as well — lamb and potato/cheddar.

She'll also be serving canele and croissants — she's been teasing photos of both online — and toast,  thick slabs of homemade brioche bread topped with either ricotta and jam or foie gras and jam.

Hours of the pop-up are 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m., or whenever food runs out, at 4835 N. Western Ave. No reservations, cash only.
