BRIDGEPORT — Celebrate Thanksgiving by visiting First Lutheran Church of the Trinity's community feast.

The open-to-all meal takes place 5 p.m. Nov. 27 at the church's community center, 643 W. 31st St.

Guests are asked to contribute food to the potluck dinner, lend a hand with setting up or make a donation for the "God's Closet" clothes center.

Or, guests can simply bring a friend and share some food with neighbors.

The event is BYOB and guests are encouraged to bring their own containers for leftovers.

For more information, see the event's official Facebook page or calling 312-842-7390.
