RIVER NORTH — Doughnut cravings can strike at any time.
Luckily, the team at Glazed and Infused River North understands this — that's why they announced this week that the sweets shop at 30 E. Hubbard St. will extend its hours on Friday and Saturday to 2 a.m. The store previously closed at 8 p.m.
One of five Glazed and Infused locations, the River North shop will maintain its daily 6:30 a.m. opening time, and continue to close at 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 3 p.m. Sundays.
That gives River North residents and visitors extra time to snag treats from the new fall menu, which includes seedling apple cider doughnuts and a savory pastry that includes Beeler's ham, roasted garlic, cheddar and a honey mustard glaze.
