Man Stabbed to Death in Bronzeville Thursday Evening, Police Say

BRONZEVILLE — A man died after being stabbed during a domestic dispute Thursday, police said.

The 44-year-old man was stabbed in his chest about 6 p.m. in the 300 block of East 48th Street in Bronzeville, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

Reginald Boston, of the 3500 block of West 74th Street, was taken in critical condition to Stroger Hospital. He was pronounced dead at 7:11 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

No charges have been filed but a 30-year-old woman is being questioned, Sedevic added.
