LITTLE ITALY — Sheridan Park will be a spooky, but fun, spot this coming Friday, Oct. 24.

The park at 910 S. Aberdeen St. will first host a family fun fest "where every member of the family can create their own crafts and enjoy treats," the Chicago Park District's website says. The cost is $2 and the event is geared toward children between the ages of 3 and 13.

That will take place from 4-6 p.m.

Then, from 6-8 p.m., there will be a haunted house at the park for children between the ages of 7 and 13.

That also costs $2.

For more information call the park at 312-746-5369.
