BRIDGEPORT — De La Salle Institute is inviting alumni, family, friends and neighbors to the school's big homecoming parade.
The parade takes place at noon Friday, stepping off at 33rd Street and Normal Avenue and proceeding down 33rd to Michigan and ending at the school's Institute Campus at 3434 S. Michigan Ave,
The Meteors varsity football squad takes on Lake Forest Academy at 7:30 p.m.
Organizers are asking anyone who'd like to contribute or participate in the parade to contact De La Salle’s events manager Mandi Kasper by calling 312-842-7355 ext. 146 or emailing kasperm@dls.org.
