WEST LOOP — The owners behind Stout Barrel House and Cedar Hotel are set to open their newest spot — Parlor Pizza Bar in the West Loop.

Michael Bisbee and Tim Hendricks will officially open the Neapolitan-inspired pizza spot, 108 N. Green St., on Friday.

The restaurant and bar, which features an expansive outdoor patio and second-story rooftop deck, will offer lunch, dinner and late-night menus seven days a week, including weekend brunch.

The former auto repair shop on the site was completely torn down and the restaurant was built from the ground up, according to Darcy Horath, spokeswoman for the restaurant.

Alongside traditional offerings like margherita and marinara pizzas, Parlor Pizza Bar will offer pizzas with original ingredients, including Dijon bechamel, spicy pineapple with coconut cheese, smoked speck, sunflower seed basil pesto, and duck confit.

Parlor’s pizzas will be made using imported Italian Pavesi wood-fired ovens.

In addition to pizza, the seasonal menu will include Craziest Bread, a creation overflowing with mozzarella, garlic cream and pepperoni; a kale cobb salad; and a saltimbocca sandwich.

The pizza spot will also feature an extensive bar, including dozens of craft beers, six draft cocktails and punch bowls.

Parlor Pizza Bar will offer delivery via Snap bike messenger and take-out service. The restaurant will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily except Saturdays, when the bar will stay open until 3 a.m.
