HYDE PARK — Comedian Dave Chappelle will host rapper Common’s inaugural Aahh! Festival in Union Park on Sept. 21.
Common is set to headline the fest with a lineup that includes Lupe Fiasco, De La Soul, MC Lyte and Lil Herb at the park at 1501 W. Randolph St.
The festival will mark the first time Dave Chappelle has hosted a major festival since his own Block Party from 2004 in Brooklyn, which included Common.
The festival will include an early show with Diggy Simmons.
Organizers are promising a special surprise guest.
The festival originally was scheduled for two days in Jackson Park, but was moved to Union Park because of logistics, organizers said.
Tickets are available at aahhfest.com for $60.
