CHICAGO — A 40-year-old man was fatally shot in Back of the Yards early Sunday.
The man was sitting on his porch in the 800 block of West 50th Place when someone in a light-colored vehicle pulled up near the home and the man walked towards the car, police said.
Someone inside the car then shot the man in the left side of his chest. The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago police spokeswoman.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's office identified him as Quentin Graham.
No one is in custody for the shooting.
