LINCOLN SQUARE — The final weekends of summer are upon us — time to cram as much fun into these last Saturdays and Sundays of August as humanly possible.

Get in a round of golf, mini golf that is, at City Mini Golf's pop-up course at Welles Park through Sunday at 2333 W. Sunnyside Ave. Enjoy 18 holes of putting greens, open 10 a.m.-8 p.m. daily. Rounds are $8 per person, but we found a buy-one, get-one-round-free coupon on City Mini Golf's Facebook page.

Over at Winnemac Park, 5101 N. Leavitt St., Shakespeare's Motley Crew are wreaking havoc with the Bard. The troupe's production of "Midsummer Mayhem" features 45 minutes of Shakespeare, nine plays, 12 actors and one medieval laundry cart.

The free performances start at 7 p.m., with pre-show at 6:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday and then again Aug. 23-24.
