West Englewood Shooting Wounds Man Tuesday Night

CHICAGO — A 22-year-old man was shot while sitting on a porch in West Englewood Tuesday night.

Around 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, the man was on a porch in the 6600 block of South Paulina Street when a group walked up to him and opened fire. The group then drove off in a white Toyota Camry. The man was taken to Advocate Christ Hospital in stable condition after being shot in his right arm and chest, said Officer Hector Alfaro, a Chicago police spokesman.

No one is in custody for the shooting.
