CHICAGO — A 16-year-old girl was shot in Oakland Friday.
At 6:04 p.m., the teen was in the 600 block of East 37th Place when a car drove past and someone inside fired shots. She was grazed in the side, said Officer Thomas Sweeney, a police spokesman.
She was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, Sweeney said.
No one is in custody for the shooting.
