CHCAGO — A 26-year-old man was injured in a shooting Sunday night in Little Village.
The man was walking down the sidewalk in the 2600 block of South Kedvale Avenue when a dark van pulled up beside him and someone inside fired shots. The man was struck in his left knee in the shooting, which occurred around 9:15 p.m. Sunday, said Officer Hector Alfaro, a police spokesman.
The man was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in good condition, Alfaro said.
