CHICAGO — A 33-year-old man was shot in Ukrainian Village Sunday night.

The man was standing in the 2500 block of West Huron Street around 9:45 p.m. Sunday when someone shot the man in his upper left chest. He was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, said Officer Hector Alfaro, a police spokesman.

No one is in custody for the shooting and detectives are investigating, Alfaro said.
