The shooting happened around 10 p.m. Sunday when three men were standing on the sidewalk in the 4300 block of North Drake Avenue, said Officer Hector Alfaro, a police spokesman.

The first victim was a 29-year-old man shot in his left hand. The man was uncooperative with police and left the scene before receiving medical attention, Alfaro said.
