CHICAGO — A Cicero man died Sunday morning after being stabbed in the throat in Little Village, police said.
Benito Juarez, 40, was in the 4100 block of West 26th Street about 4:40 a.m. when he was approached by a group of males, police said.
A verbal argument ensued, and Juarez was stabbed in the throat. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 5:29 a.m., the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office said.
Area Central detectives are investigating, police said.
