CHICAGO — Two men were killed in a Little Village shooting Easter Sunday.

The men were driving in the 2800 block of South Sawyer Avenue when an SUV pulled up about 1 p.m. and someone inside opened fire, police said.

The SUV drove away, and the victims continued driving to the 2400 block of South Kedzie Avenue, where they were found by police.

Juan Ocon, 32, was shot in his head and pronounced dead on the scene at 8:55 p.m., according to police and the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

Timmy Bermudez, 19, was shot in his chest and treated on the scene, but eventually succumbed to his injuries at 9:28 p.m., authorities said.

Two other people, both law enforcement officers, were killed Sunday morning in a suspected murder-suicide.
