CHICAGO — A 17-year-old boy was shot to death on the West Side Sunday afternoon.
The boy was shot in 1300 block of West Hastings Street about 4:15 p.m., police said.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The teen was identified as Ronald Hayes, of the 1300 block of West Washburne Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:10 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner.
No more information was available.
