CHICAGO — The casting agency for NBC's "Chicago PD" is searching for extras to play "dead Russian mobster types" for a bathhouse scene Friday.
The agency has previously held casting calls for gangster types, twins, redheads and leggy people.
For Friday, Marinella Chicago Casting wants men in their late 50s and 60s comfortable with appearing in only a towel and flip-flops to play "European mobster types." The sauna-type scene will require special-effects makeup.
The casting company asks those interested to email ChitownPD@gmail.com with "Russian Mobster" in the subject line. The email should include three photos, along with your name, phone number and age. Those applying should be capable of working all day Friday.
The NBC drama "Crisis" recently transformed L&L Tavern into a watering hole for "Aryan Nation types."
