BELMONT CRAGIN — A car crashed through the front door of a Northwest Side building early Sunday morning resulting in a crumbled corner of the exterior.

The crash occurred about 5 a.m. on the 2700 block of North Central Avenue, according to Officer Veejay Zala, a police spokesman. The crash destroyed a sidewalk bench leaving a chunk of bricks and car parts scattered outside of Ramallah Arabic School of Chicago.

No further information was available as of Sunday afternoon, police said.
