CHICAGO — Three men were killed and one woman wounded in shootings between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, police said.

The most recent fatality occurred about 10:20 p.m. Tuesday in Austin, said Officer Hector Alfaro, a police spokesman.

Coby Bridgman, 29, of the 100 block of North Waller Avenue, was standing in the 5600 block of West Washington Boulevard when three men approached. One pulled a gun and opened fire, striking Bridgman in his head, Alfaro said.

Bridgman was taken to Loyola Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 3:09 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

• About 8 p.m. Tuesday in West Pullman, police found a 31-year-old man shot dead on a garage floor in the 11600 block of South Laflin Street, Alfaro said.

The man — later identified as Carl Blackman, of the 9200 block of South Peoria Street in Washington Heights — was pronounced on the scene at 8:20 p.m., according to the medical examiner's office. He had been shot multiple times.

• Earlier, a teenager was fatally shot in South Chicago.

Tyrone Hart, 18, of the 8100 block of South Chappel Avenue, had been standing on the corner of 80th Street and Chappel when a dark green or black Nissan pulled up about 7:45 p.m., authorities said.

Three men were in the car, and at least one opened fire, striking Hart in his chest, Alfaro said. Hart was rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:24 p.m. Tuesday.

In non-fatal shootings:

• A 19-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet in North Lawndale about 1:10 a.m. Wednesday, Alfaro said. The woman was treated on the scene in the 1300 block of South Central Park Avenue.
