
CHICAGO — Police released a composite sketch Wednesday of a man suspected of two sexual assaults in Dunning.
A man twice confronted women walking alone Saturday morning and attempted force them into a vehicle near Belmont and Oak Park avenues. He told the women he had a knife and a gun, but never displayed a weapon, police said.
In the first incident, he sexually assaulted a woman. In the second incident, he struck the woman in the face with his fist and foot, police said.
The suspect is described as a black man, age 28 to 35, between 5-foot-10 and 6-feet tall, and 165 to 175 pounds. He has short black hair, a medium complexion, chipped or crooked teeth and silver earrings in both ears. He was last seen wearing all black clothing and black shoes.
He may be driving a midnight blue, four-door 2005 Ford Focus, police said.
