WICKER PARK — Police say they busted a pair of taggers in Wicker Park Tuesday night.

Dallas Willis, 22, was charged with criminal defacing of property and possession of paint or marker with intent to deface, police said.

His alleged accomplice, Asal Rezael, 23, was charged with possession of paint or marker with intent to deface.

Officers spotted Willis spraying white paint on a commercial storefront in the 2000 block of West North Avenue about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, police said. He dropped an aerosol can when cops approached and was taken into custody.

Police said fresh paint was found on three additional buildings shortly after taking Willis into custody and arrested Rezael.

Both are slated to appear in court on March 6.
