CHICAGO – A man was in serious to critical condition after being hit by a tow truck in South Deering Saturday morning, officials said.
The truck collided with the man about 8 a.m. at the intersection of East 95th Street and South Jeffery Boulevard, police said.
The tow-truck driver said he was traveling south on South Jeffery Boulevard and didn’t see the man as he made a left turn onto East 95th Street.
The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious to critical condition, according to fire officials.
