Local police said the rash of thefts happened Sunday night into Monday morning.

Police said an argument between neighbors escalated into a physical confrontation.

Other recent crimes include the theft of an $80,000 diamond ring and the burglary of a bar.

A burglar stole a cellphone, wallet and other items while the two victims slept nearby, police said.

The 24-year-old victim met the four suspects outside a bar before inviting them home, police said.

The suspects stole $1,200 worth of toothbrushes from the CVS in August, police said.

The suspect took the purse after a woman left it on the bar and went to the restroom, police said.

The man took the items from an unlocked Lincoln Town Car that was parked in a garage on 48th Street.

Police discovered the bike was misssing after arresting a man riding into oncoming traffic.
