FORT GREENE — As leasing is set to launch at Fort Greene’s newest luxury tower, the high-rise’s developers have released new images of the 53-story building and the ground-floor food hall set to open there this fall

Leasing will begin Tuesday for the 304 market-rate apartments at 250 Ashland Place, where units will rent from $2,600 for a studio to $7,500 for a three-bedroom apartment.

Each unit will include central air conditioning, floor-to-ceiling windows, plank wood floors, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Washers and dryers will be included in all two and three-bedroom units.

The Ashland opened a lottery for its 282 affordable units earlier this year.

Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, bike storage, stroller parking, a gym, a children’s play room, an outdoor movie screening area, a demo kitchen, an outdoor bar, and rooftop terraces with views of the Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn skylines.

The 17,000-square-foot food hall will feature eight vendors, as well as a pop-up space for local chefs and restaurateurs.

The building will also include about 8,000 square feet of space for local arts organizations on the second floor, according to developers The Gotham Organization.

The 568-foot-tall development, which topped out at 52 stories last year, is expected to be completed late this year. Move-ins will start Aug. 1 for the completed portions of the building.
