Poached pear salad with local greens, candied hazelnuts, shaved fennel, goat cheese medallions and pear vinaigrette, paired with Koval Lion's Pride Dark Millet or Mint Julep with millet bourbon, neat or on the rocks.
Slagel Farm grilled rack of lamb with Kaps Farm roasted beets, toasted pistachios, and agrodolce (sweet and sour) sauce, paired with Koval Rye Whiskey or a Manhattan with rye bourbon, neat or on the rocks.
Old Fashioned Creme Brulee, with orange zest, Koval Four Grain, vanilla beans, and orange cookie, paired with Koval Four Grain Single Barrel or Old Fashioned with Four Grain bourbon, neat or on the rocks.
