Have you ever wondered what beer to pair with chick pea vindaloo? Fountainhead answers that question at Wednesday's vegetarian beer dinner, in partership with Wisconsin's Ale Asylum, 7 p.m., 1970 W. Montrose Ave.
The menu is being prepared by Fountainhead chef Cleetus Friedman in collaboration with Nathan Sears of The Radler. Ale Asylum brewer Dean Coffey will be on hand to talk beer.
Tickets to the four-course meal (including beer pairings) are $50.
