The Circle Salon at 2135 W. Division St. is joining hundreds of salons around the world Monday, Oct. 7, in raising money for The Fruit Tree Planting Foundation.
Last year, the salon, which will donate 100 percent of its proceeds Monday to the fundraiser, contributed over $3,500, which resulted in nearly 6,000 fruit trees planted around Sao Paolo Brazil.
You can help them raise money toward this year's goal of $5,000 by making an appointment on October 7. In addition to the fundraiser, there will also be free food, drinks, an auction and live music at the salon. The day will culminate with a happy hour from 7 to 9 p.m. at nearby Fatpour, too.
