St. Matthias Friends of the Craft Fest

In tandem with its annual Friends of the Grape wine auction, St. Matthias is introducing Friends of the Craft, a beer lover's beer fest.

Set for 7-10 p.m. Oct. 4 at St. Matthias, 4910 N. Claremont Ave., Friends of the Craft will feature unlimited samplings from Lake Effect Brewing, Begyle, Half Acre, Finch Beer, Virtue Cider, Aleman Chicago, Square Kegs Home Brew Club, Ale Syndicate and Pipeworks.

Tickets are $35 per person and can be bought online or at the St. Matthias rectory. A combined ticket to Friends of the Craft and Friends of the Grape costs $75.
