It's already time to start thinking about the 2013-14 school year. McPherson Elementary, Lincoln Square's neighborhood elementary school, will hold its Spring Open House from 4-7 p.m. March 21.
The open house is a great way to meet staff and other parents, and take a tour of the school.
Check out Early Childhood programs, including pre-K and full-day kindergarten options. Staff will also be on hand to talk about McPherson's middle grades International Baccalaureate curriculum (now in its 10th year) and provide information on art, music and world language opportunities at the school.
School sports and spirit will be on display during a pair of basketball games between staffers and students, at 4 and 5 p.m.
