Three organizations are coming together to support, educate and advocate for prostate cancer survivors and families in the ninth-annual SEA Blue Prostate Cancer Walk/Run in Lincoln Park.
The 5k event will also feature kids' activities, an educational fair and prizes for fundraising.
Participants will be able to take a blood test to monitor their prostate health.
The run is $45 for an adult and $25 for a child for those who pre-register. Day-of-race registration is $50 and $25 for a child.
The event will be held on September 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
