Every Friday the Uptown Chicago Commission is sponsoring a "positive loitering" event at the southeast corner of West Wilson Avenue and North Broadway. The corner is a crime trouble spot in the neighborhood where a teenager and man were shot in August — allegedly by a gunman with tattoo of an AK-47 on his forehead.

The Uptown Chicago Commission recently moved the event from West Lawrence Avenue and North Sheridan Road, another troubled corner in Uptown.
