Leaders of the Peterson Garden Project will share their expertise in organizing community gardens, Feb. 17, 10 a.m., at PGP's Learning Center, 4642 N. Francisco Ave.

The conversation will focus on questions like how to obtain the rights to use vacant land, strategies to recruit gardeners and how to grow not just a garden but a community.

The session is free, but registration is required.
