The Paseo Boricua Farmers Market is held from 2 to 7 p.m. Fridays and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays from May 10 through early October at 2628 W. Division Street.

Fresh fruits and vegetables can be purchased, and, later in the season, locally grown chemical-free produce and herbs from the Dr. Pedo Albizu Campos Puerto Rican High School greenhouse will be able for purchase as well.

A basic canasta (basket) of 14 pounds of produce can be purchased for $12.50.

Canasta orders much be placed and paid for by 3 p.m. Thursday.
