Bar seating will be on a first-come basis at Paramount Room, though dinner reservations are being accepted too. Chef Partner Stephen Dunne, a four-time recipient of a Michelin's Bib Gourmand, will offer a full menu along with Pastry Chef Suzi Beu's desserts.

Guests who stay for the celebration at midnight will enjoy New Year's Eve decorations, free party favors, a sparkling toast, and countdown at midnight with music and dancing.
