First Fridays at Old Town School are something of a free-for-all: music, dancing, jam sessions and sing-alongs open to community participation. For the Dec. 6 event, Old Town has gone one step further, adding a Holiday Craft Bazaar.

The evening gets under way at 6 p.m. with a family jam called the Gather-All, and just keeps on going, with sample classes, square dances with live bands and a rhythm circle. Bring your own instrument and join a jam.

Starting at 7 p.m. in Maurer Hall, it's non-stop ensemble performances: Gen X Ensemble, Women's Rock Ensemble, Dylan Ensemble, Disco Ensemble and more.

The craft bazaar runs from 6-10 p.m. and features jewelry, artwork and more made by Old Town faculty, staff, volunteers and students.

First Friday and the Holiday Craft Bazaar will take place in Old Town's West Building, 4544 N. Lincoln Ave.; admission is $5.
