Residents of Portage Park and Old Irving Park are invited to meet their neighbors at a casual night out at Central Kitchen and Tap from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Feb. 19. The event is being coordinated by members of the Portage Park Neighborhood Association and the Old Irving Park Association (OIPA) Parents. Half-price drink and appetizer specials will be offered by the restaurant.
