April 11 is National Pet Day, and the Kinzie Hotel at 20 W. Kinzie St. is celebrating with Instagram star Manny the Frenchie.
The local celeb pup will host a meet-and-greet from noon -2 p.m., and for all of April, the hotel's overnight Pamper your Pooch package will come with a free gift bag featuring an "I Explored Chicago" bandanna, chew toy, treats and a pet lover's guide to the city.
The package is available seven days a week at an average room rate of $200, with a $25 non-refundable pet fee.
